How Praxigen works
Praxigen is a workspace for the people who run prior authorizations. It follows the same path a PA takes in real life, with a tool for each step.
Before you submit
Look up what the payer requires for the procedure, then check the clinical note against those requirements. The note checker scores documentation readiness, marks each criterion as met, partial, or not documented, and drafts a rewrite that closes the gaps - presented for the clinician to review, never auto-submitted.
While the case is open
Every PA lives in a shared case queue with computed urgency, deadline tracking on two clocks (the payer’s legal obligations and your own filing windows), and a paper trail of every action with who and when.
When a denial comes
Generate an appeal grounded in the payer’s published criteria, verified clinical evidence, and state law - with a peer-to-peer prep brief for the phone call. Every citation is checked against the evidence before the letter reaches you.
No EHR integration is required to start, and clinical text is de-identified in your browser before anything reaches our servers.
