Prior authorization is quietly breaking care delivery: insurers automated their side, and provider offices were left fighting back by hand. We’re building the layer that arms the provider side - grounded in the payer’s own published rules, with a hard line against fabricated claims.

Praxigen was founded at the University of Michigan and is currently onboarding pilot practices.
